Sonia is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist at the Master level having over 20 years' experience training and supporting senior managers, lawyers, accountants, engineers and administrative personnel in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Skype for Business (now Teams), Project and Visio. In addition, Sonia is an expert in designing e-learning material and Quick Reference Guides. As such, she is our online learning specialist for these products. Sonia has worked with the Provincial and Municipal governments as well as multinational corporations.

Warren is a Microsoft Instructor with over 30 years of experience. He provides consulting and training for all levels of Microsoft Applications especially SharePoint, Power BI, Excel & Project. He has a Business Degree from Lakehead University focusing on Human Resources. In the past he drove around in a Mobile Unit providing onsite training. He takes a concept and explains it in a way that everyone will understand.
