SPOT OUT - Key Persons
Our owner, Joshua Klopfenstein, is certified through the IICRC in all areas of cleaning and restoration. All of our cleaning technicians have been trained in our patent pending "Spot Out Cleaning System". In October 2015 our company became a Master Rug Cleaning Certified Company. Spot Out is the only company in the Coachella Valley to be accepted into this intensive certification program on specialty cleaning of area rugs and fine textiles as well as rug identification. We are a Wool Safe Certified company and a member of the Association of Rug Care Specialists.
