URBAN BLUEPRINT - Key Persons
Ariel is trained as an architect in the Philippines. As our Site Supervisor he has a strong understanding of design and build, ensuring all quality control and construction management checkpoints are met with diligence. He is very excited about our different projects, and also enjoys the challenges and opportunities that come along with different types of homes and commercial projects we work on.
Gabrielle is a visual and creative expert overseeing the content across all the Penzo Family of Companies channels. Prior to Urban Blueprint, Gabrielle earned her BA (Hons.) at the University of Toronto and went on to pursue a career in advertising copywriting and marketing in the fashion, automotive, and technology industries. Gabrielle now brings her diverse experience in copywriting to Urban Blueprint as Director of Content. In this role, Gabrielle manages and creates content across all company channels.
We have really enjoyed working with Luca, Natasha and the team at Urban Blueprint (Ariel is amazing!). The project started on time and they managed both our expectations and budget throughout. The team is responsive and nimble to react and provide solutions as needed. Most importantly our home was ready for our move in date, no small feat during a pandemic! Natasha has worked in design, construction and real estate for over a decade. In addition to spearheading interior design and client relations at Urban Blueprint, Natasha is also a real estate broker at the Penzo Team, guiding the intersection between home design and build and real estate, as well as providing our clients with real estate advisory and excellent expertise with regards to their greatest asset. Natasha is deeply passionate about all things home and every stage of the home process. Natasha holds an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Schulich School of Business and an HBA from University of Toronto.
Prior to Urban Blueprint, Natasha worked for over seven years in marketing and public relations. Natasha earned her MBA from Schulich School of Business in finance and entrepreneurship. She earned her HBA from University of Toronto and studied at Oxford University. At Urban Blueprint, Natasha is charged with overseeing marketing, strategy and sales, and client relations.

Moving from Mumbai to Toronto, Pradnya brings a global flair to the team with her eye for style and design. With a traditional interior design background, Pradnya facilitates the coordination of design drawings, millwork drawings, finish selections and schedules, and decor. Pradnya has a true passion for design and loves working on different aesthetics that are truly unique to our clients.

Sophie has always had a fondness for design and an eye for styling. After graduating from Queen's University in Art History, Sophie joined the Urban Blueprint team. Sophie oversees styling, staging, and visual design for all of the Penzo Family of Companies businesses. Her role at Urban Blueprint is to oversee all social media, collaboration with the team on marketing strategies, and last, but certainly not least, styling Urban Blueprint projects and photo shoots.
