Chad joined the Ag Production Maintenance Crew after graduating from ITT Tech with a degree in Computers and Electronics in 2005. Through the years, he has been able to experience and be a part of the farm's growth. He assumed the role of Maintenance Manager in 2017. With his crew of fifteen, they are responsible for new building projects and maintenance of our sow units and various finisher buildings along with the upkeep of all grounds and other buildings.

Jeb began his career at Ag Production in February of 2009 after completing his education at Purdue University with a B.S in animal sciences and M.S in swine nutrition. His early role at Ag Production revolved around swine production records, farm efficiency, nutrition, genetics, and workforce development. Throughout his tenure at Ag Production, he has served in several capacities and leadership roles within the various swine operations. Mostly recently in January of 2022, he assumed the role of Production Manager and heads the leadership team of our 6,400 farrow to finish operation.

After over 40 years of being the go-to man at Ag Production, Larry's job has evolved into a more advisory role. While he remains very involved in day-to-day operations, he and Carol are able to spend more time away from the farm to pursue other interests and to enjoy an expanding family. Larry's current responsibilities include project planning, seasonal crop production support, and business development.

Lori joined the Ag Production team in the office as the Controller in April, 2020. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business/Accounting in 1989 and obtained her CPA license in 1994. Her responsibilities include overseeing the front office staff as well as the financial records of the business. She prepares the monthly financial statements and other analytic reports. She also assists in making strategic decisions with the other members of the management team.

- Crop Production Manager
Mark grew up on a farm in Decatur County and graduated in 1984 from Purdue University with a B.S. in Farm Business Management. Mark joined Ag Production in March 1985. At that time, Ag Production farmed approximately 2,200 acres consisting of seed corn, commercial corn, soybeans, and wheat. After assuming the role of crops manager in the late 1990's, Mark's duties now include strategic planning for crop production, purchasing all crop inputs, and crop data collection and analytics. Overseeing production on 8,700 acres of corn-soybean rotation, Mark still plants most of the corn while the other responsibilities of production are handled by a veteran crew of dependable and knowledgeable co-workers.

- Feed Mill Manager
Pat came to Ag Production in 1998 as the feed mill manager. Growing up near St. Maurice on his family's farm and feed milling business of 45 years, Pat brought much experience and expertise in day-to-day management of grinding, mixing, and delivering feed. Today, he oversees and manages all Ag Production's grain handling and feed processing operations. In addition to grinding and mixing nearly 64,000 tons a year, he manages logistics of feed delivery, product and ingredient ordering, and corn procurement during harvest season.

Robert returned to the farm in 1998 after graduating from Purdue University in Agricultural Economics and two years of work experience at United Feeds. Robert's early years at AgPro were focused on swine production. Assuming the role of President in 2007, he broadened his responsibilities to include all farm operations. Today his duties include operational planning, risk management, and business development.
