Attorney Thomas D. Shellenberger has been assisting clients with complex legal issues since 1985. His down-to-earth, common sense, client-directed approach working with clients of all ages, genders, orientations, ethnicities, and levels of need make him a well-recognized member of the Delaware Bar.
Providing legal representation to clients in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, Thomas D. Shellenberger consistently works with clients to find optimal solutions that best serve his clients' interests.
Thomas D. Shellenberger is a native Delawarean who has been serving Delaware citizens for more than 30 years. Mr. Shellenberger has been a practicing family law attorney since 1985 and has assisted numerous clients with family law issues, including divorce, child custody, parental rights, adoption, premarital agreement/prenuptial agreements, and protection from abuse orders.
He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars and other seminars. As an adjunct to his practice, he is a founding member of the Melson-Arsht American Inn of Court. His special legal interests include the rights of juveniles in civil proceedings and Second Amendment issues.
