Equinox Care Facility is a family-owned and operated residential care facility for the elderly located in beautiful Gualala, CA. Since we purchased the facility in 2006, we've treated every client like they were a part of our family... Equinox Care Facility is located in scenic Gualala, California. We have carefully designed and decorated our facility to be a peaceful, cheerful home to all our residents. The house is a roomy 2740 square feet. Bedrooms are warm and cozy, allowing our residents to feel comfortable and at ease. All bedrooms are private... Equinox Care Facility is a twenty-four hour residential care facility for the elderly. We accept both ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients. We provide assistance with the activities of daily living. This includes three delicious, balanced meals each day and snacks in between meals, continuing health supervision, assistance with medication, and special diets as prescribed by a physician. All eight of our client rooms are private.
