Manmeet (Manny) Singh Chahal is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Manny is also member of the Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association.
Manny has experience with handling multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions, working primarily in leasing, acquisitions and sales of commercial property. Manny also has experience with supervising and managing the purchase, sale, development, leasing, and operation of a large portfolio that included major commercial buildings as well as distressed assets and loans.
In the criminal law arena, to effectively handle DUI/OWI cases, Manny has completed the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) certification course organized by the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys (MIAOWIA). This course has provided Manny with advanced training in the most current National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) approved Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) training curriculum. This is the same NHTSA SFST training course that law enforcement officers are trained in nationwide and testify to in court.
Manny current practice provides his client's with representation in areas of commercial real estate, personal injury, and family law.
