In 2008, after years of serving as a Data Center Team Lead and Senior Solutions Architect for Intel Corporation, Gary founded Howard Solutions Group, LLC. Gary saw the need for a professional services company that could assist customers with designing and implementing cutting edge technology solutions.
At Intel, Gary led client engagement teams in gathering and interpreting customer business needs, existing business capabilities and current technology solutions. Collaborating with customers, Gary defined, analyzed, architected, and delivered architecture-led technology solutions that provided clients with clear and quantifiable value.
Gary has more than 25 years of experience in cross-industry technical consulting. Gary has extensive engineering experience leading technology projects that include cloud computing, data analytics, database architecting, data migration, RISC and mainframe migration, application performance tuning, data center design, data center infrastructure assessments, data center capacity planning, and data center consolidation.
Sheila is a University of Maryland University College, Management Studies graduate with over 20 years of federal service which includes 15 years of office management/operations assistance, and five years of paralegal experience. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationship, research, administrative training, records management, and quality assurance.
Sheila has a strong background in all aspects of office management and a demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain comprehensive administrative processes that improve the efficiency of daily processes.
