Every year we help hundreds of clients take advantage of new housing opportunities and give them the knowledge to be successful homeowners. In addition, we also help Housing Choice Voucher holders move to areas of opportunity, and help residents achieve housing stability to avoid foreclosure or eviction... The fight for fair housing began decades ago, but it is not over yet. Many individuals still face housing discrimination. We work to tackle systemically divisive housing practices through fair housing enforcement and research, advocacy, and statewide policy work.
