Mermaid Prime Meat was set to open its doors on November 1st 2012. Unfortunately, after all the investment and the renovations, Hurricane Sandy destroyed the work the owners put in, and they had to start over, renovate again, and purchase new equipment. After gathering the resources needed from family and friends, they were able to rebuild and to open the business in February 2013... At Mermaid Prime Meat, we offer a wide variety of meats and poultry, fresh produce, spices, condiments and other food products. Our bread is fresh and delivered daily. We also have an assortment of beverages and a full service deli serving cold and hot sandwiches...
