Joe Smith

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry throughout Australia, Joe has been involved in all forms of urban development, including; civil infrastructure, construction in the mining & resource sector and rural accommodation. Over the last two decades, he has worked extensively across all phases of construction from inception to completion, with particular experience in concrete, steel and formwork. As a Project Manager, Joe is a proven leader that focuses on and encourages integrity, honesty and a keen work ethic. He specialises in project planning, labour management, cost controlling and scheduling in a range of complex environments. However, it is his experience across all levels of construction, from foreman to project manager that allows him to quickly assimilate and interpret data, assess needs and manage projects from the ground up in real time. Joe's core management philosophy is, "for any undertaking to be successful, it must be completed to a high level of quality, within a specified time and cost constraint and free of any safety incidents."

Matt Quirk

Matt has had over 15 years of experience in the construction industry throughout both domestic and civil construction - with 10 of those years spent as a successful company director. Known for his ability to achieve results, Matt is able to successfully oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously due to his strong time management and team collaboration skills. Matt's success as a construction manager derives from his ability to be involved during all stages of a project - from inception to completion. It is Matt's experience and comprehension of both estimating and scheduling that allow him to analyse key data daily to determine whether a project is progressing in accordance with both the time and cost plans. This ability allows him to manage project risks immediately and achieve critical milestones safely within the time and cost constraints. Matt places specific emphasis and attention to detail during the inception phase of a project as he believes in the mantra that, ‘failing to plan, is planning to fail.'
