The olive oil commercial company was founded by Dionysios Pomonis-Kanonikas in 1958, and from 1994 to the present day the driving force behind the business has been his son, Nikolaos Pomonis-Kanonikas, through the company now known as Trading Oil... The business of the company consists, first of all, of the collection of olive oil from producers, olive pressing facilities, as well as agricultural cooperatives. Quality control testing is then carried out according to Greek and European regulations, and lastly, the company undertakes commercial trading of olive oil within Greece and abroad... The objective of the company Trading Oil is to maintain the exceptional quality of Greek olive oil in foreign as well as domestic markets.
