Dr Soraya Khanna has been an Administration Manager for RKA Ltd for five years and has recently taken on the role of managing the section. She has a good knowledge of project and programme management and has gained experience with creating business cases from a very young age! She was eight and a half when she wrote her first Business Case for the delivery of her bunk bed.
In June 2015, Soraya obtained a First Class degree in BSc (Hons) Psychology from Oxford Brookes University, where she was awarded the British Psychological Society prize for the highest undergraduate achievement. In the future, Soraya hopes to become an Educational Psychologist and aims to work with infants and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Mridul as a Business Manager has over 45 years experience spanning general management, marketing, sales, training, product management, project management and out bound supply chain management covering a wide spectrum of successful multinational companies like Duphar, Franco Indian, Gufic, and Ranbaxy.

Niyati Tandon is a Lead Trainer (P3O® 051), Lead Trainer (Managing Benefits) (MBT 008) and Consultant & Accredited Trainer (PRINCE2 P2T/746), by APM Group UK and Trainer (Road Safety). She is the first Managing Benefits Trainer in India.
Niyati is a Graduate Engineer (Transport) with a Gold Medal, and Post Graduate degree from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture (Transport Planning) with consistently sound academic record and experience of handling Traffic and Transport Projects independently.
Niyati has trained over hundred from Finance, Information Technology, Telecom, Infrastructure Development, Banking, Insurance, Engineering and General Management. Conducted several courses on PRINCE2, P3O and Managing Benefits at UK, Wales and India. Niyati was involved in training National Health System (NHS) professionals in UK on P3O. The UK NHS is widely adopting P3O as their de facto standard for change initiatives and business as usual activities. She has a track record of 100% pass rate for Foundation and 99.8% for Practitioner.
She is an infrastructure consultant and has practiced use of PRINCE2 and Managing Benefits in large infrastructure development projects in India and abroad. She has worked on technical and financial feasibility of infrastructure developmental projects of value ranging from 100 Mn USD to 3000 Mn USD. Her key skills include business development, client Interaction with key stakeholders, project management, project finance.
She believes "All project managers face problems on Monday mornings - good project managers are working on next Monday's problems."
She believes and practices that P30, Managing Benefits and PRINCE2 are time tested effective tools to foster a result orientation with a futuristic mindset through quality consciousness and team cohesion.

Pete Chauhan has successfully completed his PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations and is a certified invigilator for our Dubai, UAE office.
Pete started his career in the logistics industry from an entry-level part time role, whilst studying for his qualification in Logistics Management. He has managed and implemented logistic projects for large media companies, such as, Virgin / EMI records and Sotheby's. With over 20 years experience in the logistic projects industry, he is now based in Dubai managing complex logistics projects for a Global Division of an international company. Additionally, Pete coordinates training within the region for Raj Khanna Associates Limited.
Pete has also successfully managed and launched his own record label, managing different artists as well as his own music production.
Raj Khanna Associates Limited (RKA Ltd) is an independent and accredited programme, project and change management training and consultancy company. RKA Ltd is solely owned by Rajiv Khanna.

Rajiv Khanna is the Director and Lead trainer of RKA Ltd. During the last twenty years, Rajiv has gained extensive experience in the management of a diverse range of programmes and projects in both the public and the private sector, in particular this includes over twelve years experience in the public sector.
Within the private sector as a Director of Operations, he was involved in the delivery of laboratory Information Management Systems to the Water, Dairy, Food, Pharmaceutical industry and major suppliers of oil across Europe, Middle East, South Africa and India.
In 2001, Rajiv gained accreditation as a PRINCE2® trainer and in 2007, Rajiv gained accreditation as an MSP trainer with the APM Group Ltd. He has since provided accredited training in MSP® and PRINCE2 for County/Borough councils, NHS Trusts including Clinical Commissioning Groups and Central Support Units, several Police Constabularies, electricity, water, telecommunication, motor and construction companies in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Since registering as a PRINCE2 consultant with APM Group Ltd in 2002 (Registration Number P2RC/015) he has provided consultancy for several organisations within health and local authorities.
He has worked with organisations to develop a structured corporate approach to programme and project management based on principles of MSP and PRINCE2 including standard templates, governance and reporting mechanisms. He has also helped initiate coaching services, which are now self sufficient.
Rajiv completed his Graduate Diploma in Law (with distinction) in 2013 and is currently studying part-time on a Bar Professional Training Course.

Sudha Madhuri APMG Accredited PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Trainer Sudha is a PRINCE2 practitioner and has over 14 years international experience as an educator. She is highly knowledgeable in the field of PRINCE2 project management, her mission is to increase the transference of learning from classroom to work place. She passionately believes that the she can bridge the 'knowing-doing' gap through the innovative ideas and concepts that define her coaching method. Sudha possesses a bachelor's degree in the field of Electricals & Electronics engineering . A seasoned trainer, she has coached and mentored IT professionals across a range industries through leading training Organizations. She hails from a software development background and has handled many an international training assignment. Sudha is also into consulting around her fields of expertise - with a focus on PRINCE2 project management. Student mentoring is a highly rewarding experience for her, as she enjoys training with a passion.
