SD STATE'S ATTORNEYS

The South Dakota State's Attorneys Association represents State's Attorneys and local prosecutors in all 66 South Dakota Counties. Each county State's Attorney is invited to membership. Associate members include Deputy State's Attorneys, the Attorney General and Assistant Attorneys General, the United States Attorney, Assistant United States Attorneys, Tribal Prosecutors or other prosecutor in South Dakota. The SDSAA provides South Dakota prosecutors with continued education and training, and unifies the voice of prosecutors on local, state and national legal policy.
