Before joining Weber Gallagher, Alex served as a private investigator where he performed manned, covert, and vehicle surveillance. He conducted thorough research and produced extensive case reports. Alex also worked as a senate intern for Deputy Majority Leader Michael Gianaris.
Experience
Won a defense verdict on behalf of a high-end specialty grocery store in a food poisoning case before the NY State Supreme Court, NY County. The 73-year-old plaintiff allegedly sustained a mast cell activation disorder as a result of developing scombroid poisoning after consuming food sold by our client. Following a trial where we convinced the jury that there was no correlation between the scombroid poisoning and the resulting hypersensitivity disorder other than the coincidental timing, the jury ruled in favor of our client, awarding the plaintiff $1,000 for her past pain and suffering and zero dollars for her future pain and suffering.

He serves as coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers encompassing the following types of policies: Cyber Liability, D&O, E&O, EPL, CGL, Fidelity, Commercial Property, and Workers' Compensation. His practice includes defense and prosecution of coverage declaratory judgment and bad faith actions. Andy also serves as an expert witness on coverage matters on behalf of insurance carriers.
In addition to his insurance coverage work, Andy regularly handles the defense of professional liability matters, including legal, accounting, and broker/agent errors and omissions claims.
Anthony Ling focuses his practice on defending clients in premises liability, product liability, general liability, and personal injury matters throughout New Jersey and New York. He also represents clients in claims of foodborne illness/contamination, consumer fraud, and property damage.
Anthony's experience includes representing businesses in complex environmental exposure and toxic tort matters. He has handled cases alleging occupational exposure to mass tort substances such as benzene. In addition, he handles cases involving construction, worksite, and motor vehicle accidents.
Anthony appreciates the individual needs of his clients and is focused on achieving favorable and cost-effective results. He has defended cases before multiple state and federal courts.
Among Anthony's clients are local and national retail establishments, national restaurants, movie theaters, convenience stores, general contractors, parking facilities, manufacturers, employers, and liability insurance carriers.
In Benjamin's practice, he handles matters for national insurance companies involving premises liability, property liability, commercial litigation, and employment issues. In addition, Benjamin handles subrogation matters for insurance and self-insured companies.

Carolyn is Past-President of the Montgomery Bar Association, the third largest Bar in the state with more than 2,000 members. She is also the Past Co-Chair and a current member of the Association's Diversity Committee.
Carolyn Mirabile concentrates her practice on all aspects of divorce, support, custody, property distribution, and drafting of marital settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements. Carolyn assists her clients in navigating complex family law issues such as child support, division of assets, protection from abuse orders, alternative family issues, alimony, grandparents' rights, cohabitation agreements, alternative family issues, and more.

Jeff Seyfried focuses his practice on workers' compensation defense. He represents self-insureds, third-party administrators, staffing companies and insurance companies.
Jeff litigates workers' compensation matters before workers' compensation judges, the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Jeff also serves as a general counsel to companies including in the personnel services industry.
