Laramie Investment Company was founded in 1943 by E.G. "Ed" Jackson. Ed graduated from Denver University and moved his young family to Laramie to form his own business. Laramie Investment Company was originally founded to serve the state of Wyoming's real estate, lending, and insurance needs. Ed's son, Gregg, joined the firm in 1962 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with his degree in Business Administration. As the real estate and lending market changed, so did Laramie Investment Company, focusing the business only within the insurance market since 1982. In 2004, Gregg's son Brad also joined the firm and hopes to continue the legacy for many generations to come... Laramie Investment Company provides business, auto, home, and specialty insurance to all of Wyoming, including Laramie, Rawlins and Cheyenne.
