Chris joined Bowmill Engineering in 2005. He has gained extensive experience in leading both Production and Quality departments with knowledge of Lean principles based on ITO, and in depth 8D investigations to improve overall performance. He was appointed Senior Operations Manager in 2019 focusing on continuous improvement to further improve quality and efficiency.

Son of founder Vic Boucher, David took over as chairman of Bowmill Engineering in 2012. In his role at the head of the company, David supports the Board on strategies and wider financial matters with particular interest in maintaining the culture of the Company to drive further success.

Managing Director Matt Leyshon joined Bowmill in 2008, appointed as Director in 2019. Matt has over 30 years' experience working in aerospace and defence sub-contract manufacturing. His focus is company performance and strategic business development, integrating successful opportunities with our manufacturing facilities and supply chain.
