Since 2002 Higher Level Ltd has operated a 21st Century social enterprise, specialising in the provision of supported accommodation, training and tailor made human development programmes for young people between the ages of 16 - 25. We also provide a number of non residential courses on behalf of Statutory and Voluntary organisations that work within this sector. Programmes target young people between the ages of 10 to 25 year olds, who have been identified to have ample intelligence, however, exhibit different type's disruptive behaviour...
