Anton de Leeuw

Anton's professional career spans 25 years of eclectic experience, knowledge and acumen; ranging from start-ups to SMEs, and working as a turnaround specialist and various C-suite roles. His career crosses multiple countries and diverse sectors including but not limited to; staycation, research, sport clubs and national associations, science, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, government and public services and digital marketing. Anton is an avid scholar devoting much of his time to both widening and furthering his depth of knowledge to better understand how to work with business owners, directors and shareholders to turnaround businesses more effectively and successfully - especially currently during such unprecedented times of uncertainty and imperfect information. He is currently reading Law part time to compliment his already rich CV of previous qualifications and training including finance, psychology coaching, verbal behaviour analysis and negotiations, mediation, and core sciences. Above all else Anton delivers a person centred turnaround fostering a culture of success.

Mark Blayney

Having worked for PwC's business rescue and insolvency practice in the UK and overseas, including secondment into a bank's intensive care unit, Mark has subsequently been involved in conducting and investing in business turnarounds for twenty years at director level. Mark speaks fluent bank. He specialises in managing stressed banking relationships and implementing financial and strategic restructuring of SME businesses to address cash flow, achieve a return to sustainable profitable trading, and create realisable business value.

MARTIN POCOCK

Martin is a PwC trained Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner. He has over 20 years' experience in helping both companies and individuals with financial problems developing innovative solutions using both formal restructuring options including Administrations, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements, as well as informal options, to achieve a turnaround and avoid insolvency.

Privately Anton

Privately Anton is an accomplished international athlete representing both South Africa and England in field hockey. Furthermore he is an international endurance athlete competing in the Adventure Racing World Series World Championships where he has been responsible for campaigning for equality of female athletes. In 2021 Anton will captain the first ‘female' team in a world championship.

Tony Groom

Tony has been a turnaround professional for twenty years implementing the financial and strategic restructuring of SME businesses to improve cash flow, organise the business for profits and lay foundations for growth. Tony brings an understanding of business as a director and shareholder of the many business turnarounds in which he has invested. Tony's expertise is in helping directors and shareholders resolve their company's immediate financial problems while at the same time developing a strategy for future growth; he sees the big picture but also deals with the minutiae. He has considerable experience of saving business that other advisers think are too far gone, such as those with winding up petitions or where the bank has called in a loan. Tony also specialises in resolving union-led industrial negotiations when a company's survival is threatened by employee action.
