Dan came on board in 2004 as a junior engineer, having previously gained experience within the rail industry after graduating with a BSc in the built environment. He joined Phil as a director and shareholder in 2013 and is currently working towards becoming an associate member of the Institute of Structural Engineers. Dan leads our structural engineering design, pioneering the use of BIM and 3D structural Analysis software. He also oversaw the overhaul of our office management that enabled us to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation.

Phil joined us in 2000 having graduated in Civil Engineering. He became a chartered structural engineer in 2008, passing the Institute of Structural Engineers examination. He has risen through the ranks and went on to become a director and shareholder in 2013. Phil provides expert design input for our drainage and infrastructure works, although his vast experience means he is equally adept at producing designs for steel or concrete framed buildings.
