Judith discovered qualitative research after a brief spell in the music business and still thinks it's the best job in the world. Over the past twenty or so years, she has probably interviewed over nineteen thousand people about topics ranging from the mundane to the sublime. She lives in inner city London with two aspiring teenage moderators, a husband and a very stupid cat.

Kevin McLean - Founder

Kevin has worked in research for longer than anyone can remember. He is a Fellow of the MRS and former Chair of the MRS Conference. He has given many papers at many conferences on the subject of research. Outside work he is a keen photographer, blogger, cyclist and armchair football fan. Major Irritation: Mohair poloneck jumpers. Biggest Mistake: Not starting Wardle McLean 5 years earlier. Favourite brand: Deuchars IPA. Dream project: Britain's best pubs by bike, a comprehensive philosophical / photographic essay/pub crawl. Lisa Morgan

.. learnt hypnosis 20 years ago and hasn't been the same since. She combines her understanding of trance and research to converse with consumers' unconscious minds about images, metaphors, what ifs and the decisions they are making. Lisa's been an agency planner, qualitative researcher and worked on the client side. Nine years living and working in Japan has given her a taste for proper sushi and slimy vegetables.

Stuart Bolitho

Stuart has been working in market research for over 17 years and has had the pleasure of collaborating on some of the worlds largest projects. Before his time in market research he was a flavourist and was largely to blame for the now famous 'hedgehog flavour' for Walkers crisps' and the equally enticing 'Sweet and sour pot noodle'. Outside of work he loves history and metal detecting.
