Lady Vereker helped to found Britain's leading theatre for children, Polka Theatre, where she worked for over 20 years. She has received several awards for creating innovative business partnerships in support of the performing arts. Accompanying her husband to Bermuda, where he was Governor from 2002 to 2007, she was and continues to be involved in a number of Bermudian organizations in the areas of the arts and environment. She opened Government House as a showcase for local professional artists and the National Trust to display their work and collections; and managed an extensive re-landscaping of the grounds and gardens to leave as a legacy to future generations.

Cornell Fox is an ex-officio Member of The Bermuda Society's Committee of Management. Cornell Fox is the Head of Investor Relations at Lutece Investment Management. Prior to Lutece, he spent 5 years at Validus Holdings and AlphaCat Managers working in Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Prior to the Validus Group, Cornell had been with Hiscox for several years. Cornell serves as a Trustee of the Menuhin Foundation and is a graduate of King's College London.

Dominic Christian is Executive Chairman of Aon Benfield International where he serves clients and supports Aon Benfield CEO Eric Andersen and the Aon Benfield International team. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Aon UK Limited. Christian previously served as co-Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Executive Officer - International, Aon Benfield. Dominic and his co-CEO, Mike Bungert were responsible for developing and executing strategies for Aon Benfield, the global reinsurance intermediary and capital advisor of Aon plc. During his career at Aon, Dominic has also served as Group Board Director of Benfield Group plc, CEO of its International Division, and CEO of Benfield Limited, Benfield's UK Financial Services Authority - registered company. Much of Christian's career has been occupied broking retrocession business and, when his colleagues allow, he endeavours to continue to do so. He began his career in the mid-1980s at specialised broker JK Buckenham, joined Greig Fester in 1989 and became a director in 1994. Dominic has spent a significant portion of his career broking retrocession business. Dominic has an honours degree in History from the University of East Anglia, and he is a Director of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDR).

Jonathan Conder is the head of private client. He advises UK and international private clients and trustees on all aspects of tax, trust, estate and succession planning and on philanthropic matters. Typical clients range from high-net-worth individuals and their families coming to the UK from abroad to take advantage of the favourable tax regime for non-domiciliaries, to UK-based entrepreneurs, taking in the trusts, other structures and financial instruments such as clients use to hold their business interests or manage their wealth. Having spent four years as an in-house counsel in Bermuda, he has particular expertise in advising private banks and family offices on private client matters. He is also very experienced in complex cross-border estate planning, coordinating matters for clients with assets in several different legal and tax systems. Jonathan lectures widely in the UK and overseas to conferences attended by clients and other industry professionals, publishes journal articles on topical issues and is frequently quoted in the national and industry press

Neal has accumulated 18 years' experience in Private Wealth Management. In 1999, he started his career in London at Rathbones. In 2004, he joined Close Brothers followed by Insinger de Beaufort, before moving to Bermuda in 2009 to join Butterfield Private Bank. Whilst in Bermuda, Neal focused on servicing the needs of the local expat community and international Private Clients. He also expanded his experience in working with local Trust Companies. Former Chairman of Hiscox Robert Childs joined Hiscox in 1986, served as Active Underwriter of the Hiscox Lloyd's Syndicate 33 between 1993 and 2005, and was the Group's Chief Underwriting Officer until February 2013. In 2012, Robert joined the Council of Lloyd's. Robert was Chairman of the Lloyd's Market Association from January 2003 to May 2005. He is a Trustee of Enham (a charity for the disabled), former Chairman of the Advisory Board of the School of Management of Royal Holloway University of London

Robert joined Lockton Re in June 2021 as Chairman, Retrocession & Property Specialty, Bermuda and Market Capital and a member of Lockton Re's Global Executive Committee. Robert was previously Strategic Growth Leader for Aon Reinsurance U.K. focused on driving Business Development across Aon's London-based global businesses, in addition to his Retrocessional client responsibilities. He began his career at EW Blanch in 1994 in the US, eventually joining the EW Blanch Capital Markets division which took him to London in 1998. In 2002, he transferred to Bermuda to assist in the creation of Benfield's new Bermuda platform and later became CEO of the Benfield, then Aon Benfield, Bermuda office.

A Bermudian author and former journalist, Rosemary joined global specialty startup Mosaic Insurance this year after six years driving communications and marketing initiatives at national public-private agencies on the island. As director of corporate communications and strategy at the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA), she managed media and stakeholder relations and oversaw the National Tourism Plan. Previously, she was head of communications and marketing for the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA),which supports the island's global financial services sector in attracting investment and new business. As a reporter and editor, she worked for the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, and Broadcast News/Canadian Press, and was published in numerous North American newspapers and magazines. She is a former editor of The Bermudian, and has written books about the island's history, including Royal Bermuda; Hall of History: Bermuda's Story in Art; Masterworks at 25; and Bermuda: Five Centuries-winner of a Bermuda Literary Award for Non-Fiction. She is the author of five editions (2006-18) of the Moon Bermuda travel guide, published by Hachette. As a new 2021 board member of The Bermuda Society, she is excited to work with the team to help develop the organisation's communications strategy, brand building, social media and public outreach.

Sheba Raza is currently Counsel in the London office of Carey Olsen, an offshore firm with a global footprint. A senior lawyer with almost 20 years' experience, Sheba joined Carey Olsen in June 2020 after spending 13 years at the London office of Conyers, a Bermuda-based offshore firm. Prior to focusing her career offshore, Sheba spent 7 years as an English solicitor at leading UK and US law firms in the City of London. Sheba advises high net worth individuals, corporate clients and international financial institutions on Bermuda law aspects of a broad range of corporate and finance transactions across the energy, insurance, real estate and financial services sectors - particular areas of expertise include syndicated loans, asset finance, real estate finance, capital markets, equity investments and corporate reorganisations. Sheba has been a regular speaker at external conferences promoting Bermuda as an offshore jurisdiction of choice, has hosted various events and workshops, written various articles on offshore legal issues and was a committee member of the Anne Frank Trust UK from 2015-2017. She is also a freeman of the City of London Solicitors' Company and has been granted the Freedom of the City of London.

Suzanne has a wealth of experience in management and client relations as well as financial accounting. She handles day-to-day operations for the Society and is responsible for event management from inception to completion. She was educated at Christ's Hospital School, The City of London School for Girls and the City University Business School where she obtained a BSc (Hons) Management degree. Suzanne's career took her through advertising as an associate advertising executive then into independent television as a television producer. Subsequently, she co-founded a film production and film service company - serving as a director and company secretary - and undertook pre and post film production work for ORTF, CBS and CBC as well as independent film directors and producers - in France, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Thailand and India. Then it was the City's turn - she became a minerals and metals trader in the China market for the Inchcape Group - concluding business in London and travelling to Hong Kong and Kwangchow for the trade fairs; company secretary for an Australian Beach Sands Company; company secretary for a Malaysian Tin Mining Company before being approached to help set-up The Bermuda Society. She is a founder member of The Bermuda Society and a Freeman of the City of London.
