Andy Mears - CEO

Andy joined Deltex Medical in 1989 as an Electronics Engineer. Throughout his career with Deltex Medical, he has held a number of roles, including Product & Production Manager and Operations Director. Andy was appointed as Group Sales Director in 2010, Managing Director in 2015 and Chief Executive in 2018.

Chris Jones

Chris joined the board in June 2015 and brings over 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 and VC funded healthcare companies in both the UK and importantly throughout the US. Executive Chairman of GADxLtd, Chairman of Global Access Health Ltd, and Non-executive Director of MediSieve, Causeway Therapeutics and Health Enterprise East, Mr Jones is a US national who came to the UK in 2008 to become CEO of GlySure. Prior to joining GlySure he was CEO of Tensys Medical developing and commercialising a novel continuous, non-invasive blood pressure monitor resulting in the sale of the company in 2008. Mr Jones also spent nine years with Nellcor Inc, a division of Tyco Healthcare, most recently as VP of Marketing responsible for the $700M WW pulse oximetry and critical care businesses. Mr Jones is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.

David Moorhouse - CFO

David Moorhouse qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse and then worked as an investment banker with European Banking Company, concentrating on corporate finance transactions in the US and South America. In 1984 he joined the executive search firm Russell Reynolds in London where he became a Managing Director specialising in financial recruitment and also became Chief Executive of the firm's German office. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Deltex Medical Ltd in 1996 and he managed several rounds of private finance and the company's public listing in 2002. From 2004 to 2016 he was Head of Finance and Administration at the International Coffee Organization, an intergovernmental entity based in London.

Donna Connolly

Donna joined Deltex Medical in September 2013 as Human Resources and US Office Manager. In November 2014, she was appointed VP of Human Resources. Previously, Donna was HR consultant to Deltex for 4 years prior to being appointed with the company. She brings with her over 17 years of HR experience and currently holds a BBA, MBA and is a certified professional in Human Resources with PHR.

Dr Graham Lowe - COO

Graham joined Deltex Medical in 2002 as European Sales and Marketing Director. He was appointed as Marketing & Operations Director in 2006 and Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Graham has previous experience as a Technical Director and European Marketing Director. He has a degree in Zoology & Animal Biology and holds a PhD in Invertebrate Direct Calorimetry.

Jim Caruso

Jim joined Deltex Medical in 2000 as VP Education. Jim has a degree in Respiratory Therapy and has previously worked as a Director of Clinical Education as well as a background teaching hemodynamics and mechanical ventilation.

Julian Cazalet

Julian joined the Board in April 2008 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Julian is considered as an Independent Non-Executive director by the Board because of the quality of his judgement derived from his extensive experience of corporate boards gained throughout his career. After graduating in Economics from Cambridge he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before joining Cazenove & Co in 1973, where latterly he worked in Corporate Finance advising listed companies until retiring in 2007. He is Chairman of The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc and of The Mary Rose Permanent Endowment Fund and a Trustee of The Greenham Trust.

Marion Lee - CHRO

Marion joined Deltex Medical in 1987 as Sales Office Manager having previous experience as a Sales Representative. During her career with the Company she has fulfilled a variety of roles including Customer Service Manager, Office Manager & Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and latterly Head of Human Resources. Marion was appointed Human Resources Director in April 2015.

Mark Wippell

Mark, who joined the Board in 2014, has broad international commercial experience gained through working extensively with UK, North American and other overseas based companies. He is an Association Member of BUPA and a member of the CW Innovation Advisory Group supported by CW+, the official charity of the Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. He is a mentor on Techstars accelerator programs for early stage technology companies. He was formerly a senior corporate partner at Allen & Overy LLP, is past Chairman of the American European Business Association and was previously a member of advisory committees at Oxford University. Mark is qualified as a lawyer in the UK and the US.

Natalie Wettler - CFO

Natalie commenced her Deltex Medical career in 2011 and has held a number of senior roles in the Group's finance department between 2011 and 2016. Natalie re-joined the Group in January 2020 as Group Financial Controller and was appointed Group Finance Director in May 2021.She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Sheffield and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in the UK and continued her Grant Thornton career in New Zealand. Natalie's experience in the medical sector also includes head of Finance for Peak Primary Limited in New Zealand in the Primary Healthcare sector.

Nigel Keen - Chairman

Nigel has been involved with Deltex Medical since 1988 and Chairman since 1996. He is also Chairman of MedAccess Guarantee which is a government sponsored social finance company established to make medicines more affordable in Lower and Middle Income Countries and Oxford Academic Health Science Network, established by the National Health Service in England to align the interests of patients in its region with academia, industry and the healthcare system. His career has encompassed venture capital, industry and banking. He has a degree in engineering from Cambridge University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and has been involved in the formation and development of high technology businesses for more than thirty years. Nigel is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Peter Rose

Tim Taylor - Chief Commercial Officer

Tim has worked in the life sciences industry for 35 years. His career has spanned global health technology companies across Europe and North America, including GSK, GE and Philips - the latter two in senior executive positions. Tim is a Professor of Practice at King's College London, and Vice-Chair of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Tim currently holds a number of non-executive board roles in health and digital technology related companies based in the UK, Europe, and the USA. Tim joined Deltex Medical in 2002 as Regional Sales Manager. In May 2004, he became the UK Sales Manager and was appointed as UK Sales Director in January 2006 and Commercial Director in 2016. Tim previously held a number of Sales and Management roles within patient monitoring and has a degree in Biological Sciences.
