Mr. Ajay Gajjar is the Founder and Director of Gajjar Compressors Private Limited under the brand name ‘Air Marshal Compressors'. He is a first generation entrepreneur armed with over 35 years of rich industry experience in the manufacturing and exporting of the all-encompassing range of Compressors, Vacuum Pump, Air Dryer and Air Receiver Tank. He has completed Second year of Bachelors in Science in Botany. Being a first generation entrepreneur, he wasn't formally groomed to handle the business. But he succeeded in building it from the ground up. Currently, he is propelling Gajjar Compressors' journey to greater heights with his hands-on, committed, result-oriented and intuitive approach to leadership. This is reflected in the company's achievements when we clocked exceptional sales in 2nd Half of 2017-18 and we became an Exporter to one of the USA's leading companies as OEM. He considers India's richest person and industry stalwart, Mr. Mukesh Ambani as his role model in business. Mr. Gajjar's biggest goal is to propel Gajjar Compressors into the league of Top 5 compressor manufacturers in India. To realize this mission, he endeavours to solely focus on manufacturing by collaborating with just one Selling Agent to handle pan India sales. His honesty, modesty and impeccable conduct are reflected in the way he conducts his business. These virtues form the fabric of his personality. When he is not busy spearheading Gajjar Compressors, he transforms into a fitness enthusiast by including the morning walk and swimming in his daily routine. Being a family man, he makes time for his family and close friends. Born with an adventurous streak, he wants to explore the world. And with a discerning taste in music, he loves listening to and crooning songs. Besides, he has acquired the taste for all good things in life, including owning a lavish home and a fleet of high-end cars. If he wasn't an entrepreneur, he would have been a Forest Officer as he is an admirer of Mother Nature. Under his strong leadership, the company's journey is about to gather steam and scale new peaks.
