Ala Carni is a company specialized in deboning and processing of beef and veal, production of smoked pork meat and corned/cooked beef (also carne salada and roasted beef)... Ala Carni S.r.l was born in 1993 in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige among Ala's castles, 20km away from Trento. It is a company that takes care processing of fresh meats and semi-finished products... In addition, we offer our customers a broad product line of smoked pork, processed and cooked by us, and cured beef (carne salada, pickled tongue) and roasted beef.
