Amanda is a Document Validation Specialist at APEXA. Amanda attained an Office Administration Certificate from Sheridan College. She has also taken several Canadian Securities Institute Courses including Canadian Securities Course, Branch Managers Course, and Chief Compliance Officer Qualifying Examination. Away from work, Amanda enjoys eating well and weightlifting.

Barb Boothe is the Director of Training at APEXA. Barb holds a certificate in Adult Education from Brock University. She is responsible for the development and implementation of APEXA's training strategy, including web-based live training, e-learning, and client support materials. Away from work, Barb enjoys traveling and exploring a variety of food and wine.

Bonnie is a Business Analyst for APEXA, and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support APEXA's clients. Bonnie's experience in software implementation and support spans over 10 years, where she has developed her expertise around business analysis and intelligence, software documentation and process improvement.
Prior to APEXA, Bonnie held a wide range of work experiences, which include consulting and data conversion. Through these range of experiences, Bonnie has fueled her passion of consistent and continuous learning and is a firm believer of taking accountability in everything that you do.
Bonnie holds a Marketing diploma from Seneca College and a SQL Server Certification.
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys walking, biking and rollerblading through the variety of neighbourhoods in Toronto. She is also guilty of being a Netflix enthusiast.

Chantel is a Senior Business Analyst for APEXA, and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support APEXA's clients. Chantel's seven years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry has helped her develop her expertise in finance, treasury and ERP system implementations and solutions.
Prior to APEXA, she worked in the Integrated Financial Solution group at Manulife, where she collaborated within a small team to manage the financial reporting and cash operations infrastructure for the company.
Chantel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and is currently working towards her CBAP designation. She has seven years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry with a primary focus on Finance, Treasury and ERP system implementations and solutions.
In her free time, she enjoys travelling, playing with her dog and spending time with friends.

Dylan is the Vice President of Client and Partner Engagement at APEXA. Dylan is responsible for managing all aspects of APEXA's client experience and the overall success of APEXA's clients.

Dylan brings over 20 years of industry experience to APEXA and has worn many hats, in both corporate and distribution roles. Dylan has a deep understanding of the industry as she has built her career as an Advisor, Health Insurance Specialist, Underwriting Manager, Sales Manager, and AVP of Business Development, among other related roles. Dylan's expertise is in training, development and selection of advisors. She has worked in both career sales force and the MGA model and maintains her license. Dylan is also an active member in industry associations and groups.
Dylan attended the University of Waterloo and is working on her CFP designation. She recently completed her digital social media certification from George Brown College.
Around the community, Dylan supports her favorite charities, which include Habitat for Humanity and local women's and children's shelters. In her free time, Dylan loves to be outdoors: she is a marathon runner, an avid beach volleyball player, and enjoys meandering on the golf course.

Sarah Sheppard is a Client Implementation Lead at APEXA. With a degree in Business Administration from Eastern College and a Life Licence Qualification (LLQP) from Seneca College and the Nova Scotia Department of Finance, Sarah is responsible for supporting clients throughout the APEXA implementation through Project Kick-Off presentations, facilitating project meetings, monitoring timelines, coordinating resources at APEXA, and acting as a first point of contact for the project team. Away from work, Sarah enjoys travelling, gardening, and reading.

Sebastien Rocco is the Sales & Relationship Manager for APEXA. In his role as Sales & Relationship Manager, Sebastien is responsible for creating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
Sebastien's experience in the life insurance industry spans over 10 years. He has worked in several sales roles and his areas of expertise include market research, problem solving, and sales. Prior to APEXA, Sebastien worked as a Regional Sales Consultant for Travelance and as an independent account manager.
Sebastien has his LLQP license and is a part of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario. In addition, he has also earned his MBA.
In his spare time, Sebastien is an avid fan of plants, gardening, and triathlons.
