BARE BONES PIZZA

We are a family business that has operated in the event catering arena since 2014 with our first brand, Bare Bones Pizza. Through the years we have grown our pizza business to three vans and added a coffee and churro van, Bare Bones Churro. After a recent trip to Vancouver, we were inspired to develop our latest offering, Poutine Punks. Inspired by travel, music and great food, we bring Canada's national dish to the midlands and the rest of the UK... Established in 2014, we are a family-run company based in Birmingham. On a day to day basis you will see father and son team Mike and James, with mother and son Daryl and Tim pitching in when needed... The company has quickly grown from a single pizza van to a fleet of three. In 2017 we launched our sister brand, Bare Bones Churro, serving authentic Spanish churros and barista-style coffee. Our latest offering is Poutine Punks. We serve Canada's national dish poutine (fries, cheese curds and gravy) from a vintage horsebox.
