Barry Dolinger completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude and receiving a B.A. in Political Science with honors in 2006. He completed his legal studies at Fordham Law School in Manhattan, where he was a member of the prestigious Fordham Urban Law Journal and a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. He graduated cum laude and received his J.D. in 2011.
