Cameron Director has been an advocate for many years, as a father of a child with a developmental disability, he knows first-hand the challenges faced by people and their families. Before retirement, Cameron worked many years as the Director of Information Systems for Canada's premier aerospace company providing IT services to all of the Canadian Operations.

Carmen is a long-time resident of Brampton with extensive managerial and supervisory experience in the human services sector. Fluent in French and English and an Honours graduate of George Brown College, Carmen is passionate about the work BCCL does and helping individuals with a disability and their families

Carson is an Assistant Crown Attorney in Peel (Homicide Prosecution Team). Carson volunteers his time as a regular lecturer for Peel Police continuing education program, presenting at local Peel high schools and the Ontario Crown Attorney's Association. Carson Coughlin has shown great interest in the mission of Brampton Caledon Community Living and is eager to contribute any way he can to the success of Brampton Caledon Community Living.

Ron Sanderson is a returning member of the Board of Directors. As a person supported by Brampton Caledon Community Living for over 20 years Ron brings an important perspective and voice. Ron hopes to use this term on the board to advocate for others, contribute new ideas and influence decisions that will affect his peers.
Sean is a former president of BCCL and Home Depot associate. He is actively engaged in projects designed to empower people with a developmental disability, including rights and abuse awareness training. Sean brings an important and critical perspective to board deliberations as a self-advocate.

Susan Greenwood is a long-standing member of BCCL and has always envisioned she would one day serve on the board like her father did many years ago. Susan's skills as a successful business owner coupled with her years of supporting and advocating for family members who have a developmental disability, make her an ideal board member for BCCL.
