We empathise with those who are faced by the challenges encountered when caring for a loved one with dementia. Sometimes it is just not possible to provide the level of care and support required at home. At Brooklyn we are experienced and registered by the CQC to provide elderly care/ dementia care, in a safe, caring and homely environment that allows the individuals to function at their optimum level. We take pride in getting to know everyone and creating a person-centred care plan that is tailored to each individual's needs.
