Before that, he had served as Group General Counsel and Secretary for Willis Group Holdings, PLC, supporting global operations and advising the company on significant transactions. Adam was also Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Time Warner, Europe, where he negotiated regulatory clearance of European mergers and acquisitions. Adam's previous experience includes serving as the counselor to John Ashcroft when he was Attorney General of the United States; as chief counsel to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution, Federalism and Property Rights; and as law clerk to United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Camille Pierce joined Campbell as Senior Vice President and Chief Culture Officer in October 2020. Camille also leads Campbell's Talent organization, which includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning and Development. In this role, Camille oversees the entire Campbell Employee Experience, from the candidate experience and onboarding, to ways of working and career advancement. Chris Foley

Chris Foley joined Campbell in 1999 and was named Executive Vice President and President Meals & Beverages in June 2019. Chris leads our Meals & Beverages division, which includes brands like Campbell's, Pacific Foods, Prego, and V8, as well as North America Foodservice and our Canadian business. He is a member of the Operating Committee, which focuses on Board-level matters and the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. He reports to the CEO. Chris has spent over 20 years at Campbell in a variety of roles across the company. Prior to the President role, he served as Chief Marketing Officer, Campbell Snacks. He played an integral role in the formation of the Campbell Snacks division, which consists of the combined portfolios of Pepperidge Farm and Snyder's-Lance. Chris had previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Pepperidge Farm, where he drove innovation and developed the strong marketing campaigns for its brands, including Goldfish, Milano and Farmhouse, that helped lead to 18 consecutive quarters of organic sales growth for that business. Chris has significant general manager experience around the world. He served as GM of Campbell's Australia and New Zealand businesses from 2011-2013 and as GM of Fresh and Frozen Bakery at Pepperidge Farm. Craig Slavtcheff

Since joining the company, Craig has led various teams across divisions to drive consumer preferred innovations that combine culinary inspiration with product and packaging technology and appeal to consumers' desire for delicious, affordable, nutritious, food. Under his leadership, we have transformed our innovation processes leveraging advanced sensory design methodologies and building agile, nimble development teams that mine consumer insights and translate them into superior product designs. Mark joined Pinnacle Foods from Mondelēz, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Growth Officer, with responsibility for the company's growth strategy and key functions including corporate strategy, global marketing, global sales, and research, development and quality. Throughout his 20-year career at Kraft, including the subsequent transition of Mondelēz, Mark served in a range of leadership positions managing food brands in developed markets and entrepreneurial global businesses in emerging markets such as Brazil and China. With over 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry, Mike has served in sales leadership and strategy positions across a diverse list of companies and categories, including PepsiCo, Materne North America, and Acosta. Prior to Mike joining the Snacks division, his Meals & Beverages salesforce was recognized with the Shelby Award for Inclusion & Diversity in 2022. Rebecca Gardy

Rebecca leads the Investor Relations team and serves as the primary liaison between Campbell and the investment community. She reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Rebecca joined Campbell from GreenSky, Inc., a financial technology company, where she served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Previously, she served as Investor Relations Officer for SecureWorks, a Dell Technologies company, and Senior Director of Global Investor Relations at Nike, Inc. Earlier in her career, Rebecca held finance and investor relations leadership positions at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. and Quiznos, LLC. She began her career in corporate banking. Rebecca holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) credential. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and her Master of Business Administration from Emory University.

Sarah Hofstetter

Sarah Hofstetter is President of Profitero, Ltd., a global eCommerce SaaS analytics company that provides brand manufacturers with analytics and insights to accelerate eCommerce sales. Ms. Hofstetter served as President of Comscore, Inc., a global information and analytics company that measures consumer audiences and advertising across media platforms, from October 2018 through March 2019. Before that, Sarah spent 13 years at digitally-led ad agency 360i, most recently as Chairwoman and CEO. During her leadership, she grew 360i from 30 to approximately 1,000 employees. Prior to joining 360i, Ms. Hofstetter was President and Founder of Kayak Communications, a marketing agency focused on developing brand strategy and communications plans for new media brands. Her career began at Net2Phone, one of the world's first providers of VoIP technology, where she spent close to 10 years in a series of senior leadership positions.

Stanley Polomski - SVP

As Controller, Stan is focused on key decision making, financial planning, and controls to drive overall shareholder value, and improve free cash flow. Stan is also focused on developing our finance team. He reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Valerie Oswalt

Valerie Oswalt was named Executive Vice President and President of Campbell Snacks in March 2020. Valerie leads our Snacks division, which includes brands like Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder's of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, and Cape Cod and the company's Latin America businesses. Valerie has deep experience in the food industry, leading both large and established brands in senior positions at Kraft Foods and Mondelēz International, as well as at fast-growing start-ups. Prior to Campbell, Valerie most recently served as CEO of Century Snacks, a privately held trail mix and nut products company, where she led the turnaround of the business with a portfolio of more than 400 branded, private label and commercial products. Previously, she held the position of President of Mondelēz's North American Confections business, a $1.5 billion portfolio that included well-known brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Trident, Halls and Sour Patch Kids. Earlier in her career, she held executive roles including President of North American Sales at Mondelēz and Vice President, Walmart Customer Team at Kraft Foods Group. She began her career as an accountant at Deloitte. Valerie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York, her Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Strategy and Finance from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The Food Industry Association (FMI), the Network of Executive Women (NEW) and CHIEF.
