Ben Bledsoe - CEO, President

Ben developed his expertise in-home and community-based services through education, experience, and hard work. After obtaining his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, Ben successfully completed two years of Peace Corps service in Tonga and went on to receive a master's degree in health administration. Starting out at Consumer Direct Care Network as a caregiver in 2004, Ben quickly applied his compassion for people and interest in business efficiencies to roles across the company including human resources and program management. Six years after being named CEO, Ben remains committed to ensuring all individuals have choice and control over the lives they lead. Ben has recently been invited to join the Administration for Community Living as a RAISE Family Caregiving Advisory Council member. Having worked his way up from an entry-level caregiver to president and CEO of Consumer Direct Care Network, Ben has a comprehensive understanding of service provision that is rare in today's healthcare industry. In 2006, Ben served as manager of Consumer Direct Care Network's program in Arizona, then returned to Consumer Direct Care Network's Missoula headquarters in 2009 to be vice president and eventually president and CEO. Ben's international, executive, and practical field experience has helped Consumer Direct Care Network thrive as today's self-direction services industry leader.

Beth Peterson - COO, VP

Beth joined Consumer Direct in 2010 as a program manager, and has since managed the operational implementations of several new state programs along with ongoing supervision of operations in 16 states and across 20 service companies. She began her career working to improve the care of individuals with a developmental disability. She has more than 15 years' experience managing financial management and supports broker services. She is a certified trainer for person-centered planning. Her FMS experience includes management of service delivery, billing, accounts payable, and payroll. Beth received her bachelor's degree in psychology from College of St. Benedict and advanced studies from St. Catherine University.

Daryl Holzer - CFO

Daryl joined Consumer Direct Care Network in 2003 as a systems director and devoted himself to improving company-wide accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, information technology and cash management processes. In 2013 he became the company's Chief Analytics Officer, then in 2016 was named Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Consumer Direct Care Network, Daryl worked as a controller of St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula for seven years, and as an accounting manager for Alexander & Alexander of Texas for five years. Daryl concurrently earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a bachelor of science in computer science from the University of Montana. Daryl is certified as both a public accountant and a management accountant.

Jack Nichols - CIO

Jack is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Consumer Direct Care Network. In this role, he oversees network infrastructure, computer resources, information security and application development. He supports efficiency and growth with his expertise in process improvement, infrastructure, and software environments. Jack's key contributions reach beyond his enterprise innovation and oversight. As an accomplished IT executive with years of experience leading teams, his thoughtful communication builds trust with coworkers and clients. Jack joined the Consumer Direct Care Network team with his wealth of experience and depth of knowledge to continue the improvement of our systems. Jack is a Certified Project Manager and received his bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in computer science from Oregon State University.

Jeff Harriott - CTO, VP

Jeff brings extensive expertise in healthcare technology to his role with the Consumer Direct Care Network. He joined the company in 2012 to lead our information technology initiatives, and now provides leadership for the Care Network's implementation of the Consumer Directed Employer project for the Department of Social and Health Services in Washington state. Jeff's 30 years of IT consulting, service delivery, and management experience includes work as a senior manager at Microsoft's consulting services organization. In that role, Jeff led major technology initiatives for Microsoft's enterprise customers across the U.S. Jeff's experience also includes six years with KPMG Peat Marwick where he was a manager in the Government Services Practice that focused on planning, development, and implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) for state Medicaid agencies. Jeff received his master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University and his bachelor's degree from the University of Montana. His professional certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Certified Professional (MCP).

Jim McInnis

Jim McInnis recently joined Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) as their Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). He brings 20 years of hands-on experience building and scaling healthcare organizations with a community focus. Before coming to CDCN, Jim developed and led teams who implemented consumer direction programs in over 25 states, serving over 120,000 consumers, managing a workforce of over 300,000 caregivers, and over $3 billion of Managed Care Organization and Medicaid funds. He is also a parent of a person with a disability and brings unique perspective and value as someone who sees the impact of innovative home-care on a daily basis. Jim is the father of triplets and has deep ties to the Boston area where he grew up, received his bachelor's degree from Northeastern University, his MBA from Clark University, and where he continues to call home. He is a sports fan, with a particular interest in hockey and obvious affinity for Boston-based teams. Jim has already shown his interest in learning and leading in positive ways. He brings a great sense of humor to the work environment and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Mickey Ogg - Chief Strategy Officer, VP

2023 marks Mr. Ogg's 16th year at Consumer Direct Care Network. He joined Consumer Direct shortly after obtaining his master's in business administration from the University of Montana. He started out developing business plans and implementing document management systems as a Special Projects Coordinator in 2007. As a result of his quick and thorough mastery of project implementation, he advanced to Quality Improvement Manager in 2009, and to Chief Commercial Officer in 2014. In 2015, he was named Chief Development Officer overseeing procurements, business relationships, human resources, and government relations. Mr. Ogg has overseen the implementation of our programs in Washington, Colorado, Washington D.C., and Virginia, and has successfully directed us through our first companywide rebranding initiative. He served as the Implementation Executive for Consumer Direct's largest program in Washington. Most recently he was named Chief Strategy Officer where he will guide our Business Development team through relationship-focused selling and lead our Government Relations and Labor Relations teams. Being head of each of these departments allows him a thorough knowledge of what is going on with all stakeholders from the unions and managed care organizations to individuals who need our services.
