Douglas Nauman, an integral member of Delon Hampton & Associates transit program, joined the firm in 1986. His focus is on the growth of the firm's transit programs. Doug manages and supports the engineering design, construction and program management and oversight for major capital transit systems, transit infrastructure rehabilitation, parking garages, transit vehicle maintenance facilities, aerial structures, plus bus maintenance facilities and stations.

Jo Fisher-Hall manages the firm's compensation, benefits and performance management programs. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, benefits, classification and compensation, learning and development, employee relations and career services, payroll, information management, and leadership development. She specializes in human resources issues and in management development to create forward thinking workplaces. Jo's administrative responsibilities consist of the day-to-day operations of the corporate headquarters facility.

Loretta Morris is responsible for managing all contract documents that come through the firm. Loretta has more than 25 years of contract and grants administration experience.
Mamo Assefa leads Delon Hampton & Associates' engineering design services, ensuring that client expectations and needs are fully met. Superior technical expertise combined with excellent management skills enables Mamo to provide customized service to each client.
Pamela Holmes returns to Delon Hampton & Associates as CFO to direct all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interfacing with the financial community, financial analysis, and monitoring of financial performance. She is responsible for upholding strong financial management and accountability practices while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information, and enhancing internal control.
Pamela brings over 30 years of government contracting and finance experience, ensuring priorities are aligned with corporate objectives and financial controls for the company.
Pam previously served as Controller for DHA for five years, where she was provided guidance on monthly financial reporting and analyses, and revised finance and accounting procedures, enabling the company to recover over $300K in DCAA Indirect Rate Overhead Cost Variances. Prior to joining DHA, Pam held positions of Controller and Director of Finance & Accounting at large government contracting firms where she was the key executive ranging from all financial and budgeting reporting; corporate, financial, and government audits;all DCAA and Federal Acquisition Regulation matters; and accounting system conversions.
