Paul was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2003 and since then has practiced in a wide variety of practice areas. He has provided his clients with comprehensive estate planning advice including wills, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian. His experience includes all aspects of deceased estate work including advising executors, applications for probate, the administration of estates and contested estate litigation. Paul has worked for many years in Family law ranging from divorces and straight forward children's matters to complex and challenging property settlements involving significant asset pools. In addition, Paul has extensive experience in property law -including residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, sale and purchase of businesses and litigated property disputes. Over the years, he has acted for a wide range ofindividuals and businesses; including sole traders, publicly listed corporate entities, charitableinstitutions and not-for-profit organisations. Having spent a large part of his time working for or volunteering for community organisations he knows that legal advice without additional services is often not enough for some people. Paul supports his clients through often the most difficult or challenging times of their lives and offers rock solid support and advice so they can best deal with the issue at hand. In addition to his legal work Paul is a board member of Westir, a small community organisation that undertakes research projects, demographic and statistical data analysis, service and program evaluation, training, and information advice for community organisations in Greater Western Sydney.
