Jay completed his education at California State University at Long Beach with a degree in Design. Jay joined Sheldon, Bruce & Mark in 1992. Jay designs residential buildings for outside clients.

Mark completed his education at California State University at Long Beach with a degree in Finance. Mark formed a partnership with Sheldon in 1983.
Sheldon began the Golison family development business in the 1960's. He focused solely on small retail commercial properties and become an expert in his niche. Sheldon passed away in 2012.
