GFD, founded in 2009 and based in Lugano Switzerland, has carried out until the end of 2019 the activity of fund selection and distribution under FINMA supervision. Since the beginning of 2020 the company has decided to convert its business focusing on the administrative and relationship management activities between investment funds wishing to place their products in Switzerland and Swiss financial institutions, such as asset managers, family offices and banks, wishing to invest in such products. GFD has relationships with both Swiss and foreign fund houses.
