Mr. Cai was a qualified lawyer in the People's Republic of China. Currently, Mr. Cai is working as a lawyer in the People's Republic of China; an arbitrator at Shantou Arbitration Commission; the Supervisor of Master of Laws, Jinan University; and a tutor at the School of Politics and Law, Guangdong University of Technology.

Mr. FOK Po Tin is a solicitor qualified to practice the laws of Hong Kong and the sole proprietor of Henry Fok & Co. He has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. Mr. Fok graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a business administration degree and Peking University with a law degree. He also completed the Common Professional Examination in HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education in 1992.
Mr. Hao Jiming holds a master degree in engineering from Tsinghua University and a doctorate degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering Department from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Hao is an environmental engineer and President of the International Ecological Economic Promotion Association. He is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a foreign member of National Academy of Engineering of the United States America. Mr. Hao had been working at Tsinghua University as the dean of the Environment Science and Engineering Department.

Mr. LAI joined the Group in October 2023 as the Group financial controller and company secretary. Mr. Lai is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree in Accounting. He has over 18 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and company secretarial practice.

Mr. LAU Kwok Hung is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is experienced in financial accounting, auditing, tax, company secretarial matter and corporate finance. In particular, he has over ten years of experiences in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He also obtained a Specialist Qualification (SQ) in Insolvency issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Diploma in International Business Valuation.

Mr. Li has worked in our Group since September 1995, and is the deputy general manager of Shantou Xinda Colour Printing & Packing Material Company Limited ("Shantou Xinda"). He graduated from Shantou Commercial Bureau Staff Amateur Secondary School (汕頭市商業局職工業餘中學).

Mr. TANG joined the Group in July 2013. He is the PRC regional financial controller of the Group. Mr. Tang graduated from Huazhong Polytechnic University (華中理工大學) (now known as Huazhong University of Science & Technology) in 1996. Mr. Tang is a CICPA registered under Guangdong Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has over 10 years of experience in assurance works and more than 7 years in financial management.

Mr. Zheng Andy Yi Shengis the founder of the Company He is also the Chairman and chief executive officer and general manager of the Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the packaging material industry. Mr. Zheng was awarded a fellowship of Asian College of Knowledge Management in 2013. The said fellowship was granted after assessing the (i) leadership; (ii) professional knowledge; (iii) leadership ethics; and (iv) leadership achievement of Mr. Zheng.

Mr. ZHENG joined the Group in 2015 as the assistant company secretary and has been serving as the project manager of the Group since January 2020. Mr. Zheng obtained his double Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Media & Communications at University of Melbourne, Australia in 2011 and a Master's degree in Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts, USA. He is an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Mr. Zheng Minsheng is an executive Director and the deputy general manager of our Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the packaging material industry. Since 1992, he has been a director and deputy general manager of Xinda Packing and is responsible for procurement of raw materials, production management and quality control.
