Anthony Pascale

Anthony has been a lawyer for over 20 years. He is admitted to practice in NSW and in the High Court of Australia and has been a partner at Hunter Lawyers since 2001. Anthony graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney. His main areas of expertise are Commercial and Property contracts, leasing, commercial litigation, Land and Environment matters and wills, probate and Estate administration. He has extensive experience advising clients on multi-million dollar property and commercial transactions. Anthony has also assisted both corporate and personal clients in varied litigation matters over the years including matters in the Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, Land and Environment Court and the NCAT.

Kathy Schinella

With over twenty years legal experience, Kathy joined Hunter Lawyers in 2004. She is passionate about conveyancing and completed the Macquarie University- Conveyancing Law and Practice Certificate course in 2003 to further her knowledge in this field. Kathy is known for her organisational skills and attention to detail. She is very personable and is focused on exceeding clients' expectations.

Sam Parisi

Sam graduated with degrees in Arts and Law from the University of New South Wales and was admitted to practice law in 2008. Working with Hunter Lawyers since 2011, Sam practises Commercial Litigation, Property law, Compensation law and Intellectual Property. As a registered trade marks attorney, he has helped many clients protect their brands both in Australia and overseas. Sam also has a thorough understanding of copyright law and has acted for clients in relation to their Intellectual Property disputes at IP Australia and before the Federal Court of Australia.

Vincent Parisi

Vincent was born and bred in Sydney and is a Law and Economics graduate with over 30 years experience. Vincent is the founding Partner of Hunter Lawyers and Notary Public and has been self employed since 1984. He practises predominantly in the areas of property and commercial law. As a first generation Italo-Australian, Vincent speaks fluent Italian and has for many years provided legal services to the Italian community including work on behalf of the Italian Consulate and transactions that extend to the Italian jurisdiction. Many of Vincent's clients have been with him for over 25 years and his experience, particularly of a commercial nature, has made him a trusted advisor and confidante to many of his clients.
