Jacksonville Housing and Credit Counseling Services, Incorporated is an agency committed to serving greater Jacksonville. There are no income guidelines therefore our services are available to anyone in need of housing counseling. JHACCS is led by Harold J. Riley, a retired combat disabled Navy veteran. Harold has over 19 years of experience in the areas of financial literacy, credit counseling, mortgage default counseling, foreclosure prevention, predatory lending, and mortgage financing. Harold maintains certifications as Credit Counselor, Comprehensive Housing Counselor, Licensed Florida Realtor, and Florida Notary Public. Harold has a BS Degree from Southern Illinois University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. He maintains his certifications by attending various seminars, workshops, and completing continuous education requirements...
