The food is carefully prepared beforehand, but it is not cooked until Jane is on the site. The final preparation and plating takes place in the client's kitchen, as the client is greeting the guests... Jane Green Catering uses only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, and these are displayed and plated by Jane Green in her innovative artistic style. This ensures that the food is piping hot, appetizing, crisp, original and elegant. Jane prides herself on being able to cook anywhere, under any conditions, and still produce a high class meal.
