Patients of the Family Health Team have access to a variety of services. We provide Primary Care on a multitude of levels, such as, Acute Care, Chronic Disease Management, Respiratory Therapy, Mental Health, Pharmacy, Dietary/Nutritional Counselling, Smoking Cessation and Blood Lab Services.
