Derek Mercer has been woerking within a security related field in one form or another for most of his working life, from the Royal Navy, Civil Police, Mental Health Nursing/Management and Locksmithing he has also been training others in lots of different vocational subjects and is now a Qualified Locksmith Trainer/Assessor and a Lead Internal Qualification Assurer. Pam Mercer is likely to be the first person that you speak with, she is our administrator, answering our calls providing advice an quotes and taking customer details who require a call back from one of our locksmith . Pam was previously a Mental Health Nurse for over 35 years working mainly with adults who had a severe and enduring mental illness.
