Serena advises clients in a wide range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on Personal Injuries matters. Serena regularly represents clients in in the District, Circuit and High Court and is a keen advocate for alternative dispute resolution.
Serena assists clients on all aspects of property matters including the sale and purchase of both new and secondhand residential and commercial property. Serena also advises clients on the preparation and drafting of Wills and acts on behalf of clients in extracting Grants of Probate and the Administration of Estates.
Suzanne brings a wealth of experience in general litigation matters such as personal injury claims and in the areas of family law and succession law (from preparation of Wills to the administration of estates).
Suzanne also has extensive experience in all areas of property law (including residential and commercial, sales, purchases and mortgages).
