Alessio joined the crew in December 2017 as a veteran in hospitality management. With more than a decade's experience under his belt, he knows a thing or two about customer service and how to run a great pub. As a connoisseur, his true labour of love here at the Mute Swan is our wine list - a job which involves a lot of enthusiastic sampling!... Traditional pub restaurant serving fresh food, cask ales and wine. See our daily menu, photos and history pages... The Mute Swan, Hampton Court... Finn (or Fino, Pinot, or Finot Grigio) works here at The Mute when he tears himself away from the slopes, spending seasons snowboarding abroad whenever he can. On-site, he's often found behind the bar, fetching wine bottles down from the highest rack for his teammates, or serving guests at a rate of knots. Don't be fooled by his calm and quiet demeanor... Fino is not-so-secretly the life of the party.
