New Haven LLC is a new organization located in the Knoxville, TN area whose mission is to provide excellent services and make a difference to individuals with disabilities... Our programs and services consist of Supported Living, Supported Employment, Personal Assistance, Community Day Services, and Ancillary Services. As our business grows so will our services... Owners Donna Smith and Gary Hooks have over 25 years of combined experience working in this field. Many of these years were working in homes as direct support staff. This gives them a far better understanding of what individuals and staff need to succeed. Having worked in homes as staff implementing Support plans, keeping individuals safe, and meeting the needs of individuals served, aids in creating an environment the improves staff's abilities and increases the self-esteem and independence of those we serve.
