In turn Omnidea Lda is owned by Portuguese private owners, mainly Mr. Tiago Pardal who controls 95% of the company's capital. As Omnidea-RTG GmbH is headquartered in Stuhr (Lower Saxony, Germany) the former Space division of RTG-Aero is maintained as a German company... Omnidea-RTG GmbH is a German SME, created in 2014 to acquire the Space division of RTG Aero-Hydraulic, an acquisition completed in April of the same year, allowing the continuation of RTG's work in Space, whose heritage dates back to 1973.
