NORTHUMBRIA SPORT

We are Northumbria Sport, the sport and physical activity arm of Northumbria University and we are committed to student wellbeing and ensuring students can access a wide variety of sport and physical activities within our two impressive sport facilities. Sport Central based at City Campus which boasts state-of-the-art gym, studio, six lane 25m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, four sports halls and climbing wall. Coach Lane Sports Ground based at Coach Lane Campus has a sports hall, 3 multipurpose artificial pitches and four grass pitches accommodating a range of sports such as American Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Football, Rugby Union, and Rugby League.
