Since 1972, Modern Haircutters has been owned and operated by the Cowles family. Both Martha and Phil Cowles are licensed barbers who have worked side by side since they bought the shop in the 70's. Their daughter Melanie joined them in the early 90's. The Cowles business philosophy is stated above the salon door, "Family Hair Care Center"! They enjoy the family serving family atmosphere to provide quality hair care.
