PINERIDGE MEDICAL CLINIC - Key Persons

Dr. Harshi Mathur completed her Family Medicine training at the University of Calgary. She is especially interested in Anxiety and Stress management. She loves dealing with complex patients and working on their lifestyle changes so they can decrease the number of medications needed. She believes that stress is one of the major causes of health issues and that relaxation on a daily basis and a balanced lifestyle can reduce the amount of stress. That is one of the reasons why she volunteers most of her free time with Art of Living and has become a yoga meditation teacher. Learning Ayurveda is one of her hobbies. When Dr. Mathur is not working, she can be found practicing yoga, staying healthy and helping others.

Manraj Sihota is a Chronic Disease Management Nurse. She has been a registered nurse since 2017 and has since worked primarily in geriatric medicine. She also has experience working with those on the Autism spectrum and other vulnerable populations. She enjoys spending her free time being active - playing soccer, hiking, and going to the gym but she also loves to relax at the end of the night with a good TV show or book.

Pervaiz is our friendly and welcoming pharmacist. He graduated from B.Z. University, Pakistan and integrated to the Alberta College of Pharmacy in 2005. He started Pineridge Pharmacy in 2011 and has been supporting Pineridge Medical Clinic' patients since then. He is ready to assist you with your prescriptions and any concerns you have about your medications. He can speak fluently in English and Urdu. Pervaiz will get out of his way to help anyone. He is kind and compassionate. During his time off he enjoys road trips, travelling and biking. Pervaiz Sabir is our friendly pharmacist that will be there to assist you with your prescription and any concerns you have about your medication. The Pineridge Pharmacy is conveniently located inside the Pineridge Clinic and is open during all clinic hours.
