Angie Scott

Angie recently joined Filtration Group as the Vice President of Global Operations for Porex. Before joining Filtration Group, Angie served as Vice President of Global Operations for Medical Delivery Solutions at Becton Dickinson & Company. As leader of global operations for the largest business unit in BD, Angie managed 20 global sites and provided leadership for the Manufacturing, Engineering, Operational Excellence, and Supply Chain teams. Prior to BD, Angie served as Vice President Manufacturing & Supply for the North America Personal Care business at Kimberly-Clark. As Manufacturing & Supply leader, Angie was responsible for leading seven manufacturing plants, planning, operational commercialization, life cycle maximization, quality and safety for the diaper, child care, adult care, feminine care and baby wipes products. Familiar brands in the portfolio include Huggies Diapers, PullUps, GoodNites, U by Kotex, Poise, Depend,and Impressa. Other roles at Kimberly-Clark included Senior Director Manufacturing & Supply for the Global Nonwovens business and Director of North America Logistics team for the KC Professional team. Prior to joining K-C, Angie served as Vice President of Operations for Novartis' Eyecare division, formerly known as Ciba Vision. In that role she was responsible for the distribution, transportation, customer service, and demand planning for the Americas region contact lens business. During her time at Ciba Vision, Angie served in a variety of roles including Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager, and Planning Leader and various leadership roles in operations, planning, and finance. Angie earned her MBA from Saint Louis University and her BA Economics from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Angie currently resides in Alpharetta, GA with her husband Sam and their two children, Aidan (13) and Savannah (11). In her free time, Angie and her family enjoy spending time at Lake Lanier

Avi Robbins

Avi Robbins is the Vice President of Global Product Development and R&D. He joined POREX in 2010. Mr. Robbins has an array of technical and commercial experience in a variety of material and manufacturing technologies as well as markets globally. He was previously with Facet Technologies, an Atlanta based Medical Device Design and Manufacturing company focusing in the diabetes space holding a variety of positions such as R&D Management, Operations Engineering Management, and Program Management. Mr. Robbins has his Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a Master's Degree in Business (MBA) from Emory University.

Dan Gutierrez

Dan Gutierrez joined Filtration Group as Vice President of Finance in 2016. The Life Sciences division is comprised of four companies: Porex, Buffalo Filter, AG Industries and FG Clean Wipes. He has over 18 years of experience in Finance and Financial Management having worked with companies such as John Deere Landscapes LLC, YP Holdings LLC and Sysco. Mr. Gutierrez has a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Accounting from Sam Houston State University as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Joseph V. Antonacci - CFO

Mr. Antonacci has served in several capacities within Madison's Filtration Group business. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of the Porex Manufacturing Center of Excellence - Foam Products and as Porex's Vice President of Growth Initiatives. Previously, Mr. Antonacci was the Operations Controller & Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Filtration Group Corporation, responsible for establishing the company's financial planning & analysis function, as well as supporting due diligence and finance integration for several acquisitions during a period of significant growth. Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Antonacci served as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche where he focused on audits of highly acquisitive manufacturing and distribution businesses. He has worked extensively on both Fortune 500 and middle market companies with largely decentralized operations. Mr. Antonacci earned degrees in Accounting, Finance & Economics from North Central College and is a CPA.

Rob Carpio - President

Rob Carpio is president of Filtration Group's Porex Corporation, which is making the world safer, healthier and more productive through innovative porous polymer technologies that can be used in a wide variety of applications in healthcare, consumer, electronics, and industrial markets to improve product performance. Prior to Porex, Mr. Carpio served as president of Filtration Group's Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) group of businesses as well as president of IAQ's Purafil business, where he and his team dramatically grew sales and profitability through an intense focus on the customer, firmly establishing Purafil as the global leader in gas phase chemical filtration. Prior to Filtration Group, Mr. Carpio served as group vice president at Precision Castparts Corporation (a Berkshire Hathaway company), where he had full P&L responsibility for a $400 million aerospace parts manufacturing business in North America and led the turnaround of multiple CNC machining facilities. Mr. Carpio has also held global positions in engineering and operations at Alcoa Corporation, which he joined after serving as a client engagement manager for McKinsey & Company. He proudly began his career in the United States Army. Mr. Carpio graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. He also holds a master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Terry Kelso - Chief Commercial Officer

Terry Kelso joined Porex in January 2020 as Director of Sales for the Americas and quickly expanded her responsibility to also include VP of Global Sales. Though she's only been in Porex for a short period of time, her energy and impact have had a positive effect across the business. Prior to joining Porex, Terry led Filtration Group's Waco Distribution business which she joined after serving in roles of increased commercial & operations responsibility at Ametek, VWR and Dow Chemical.
